Question about English (UK)

This is from an English horror novel.
"You'll want the family tomb opened, of course..."

I don't understand this grammatical construction.
Does it mean "you'll want to have the family tomb opened."?

For example,
Can I say "I want my broken PC fixed"?
I mean "I want to have my broken PC fixed" or "I want someone to fix my broken PC."
