All of these words mean very similar things, but:
"deceive" is the most general word - anytime you lie to someone, you're deceiving them. "deceive" is also the most formal word in this list.
"trick" is also very general. It's also the most common word to use in the sentence "I ___ed him into doing something."
"cheat" has the connotation of having to do with money - for example, you can say "You cheated me out of 500 dollars."
"dupe" is slightly less common than the other three words, but it has a meaning similar to "deceive" or "trick".
All of these are just my opinions—like I said, they're very similar words, so another native speaker might disagree about some of the shades of meaning.
