Thank you for letting me know about the dates. I wanted to say "the dates are ok" but I'm going on a trip from 11/2 〜 11/4 and I have to go to Kanagawa for new employee training. maybe 2 or 3days... So I don't think I can spend much time with you

Thank you for letting me know the dates that you are coming. The dates are ok, but I will be away on a training trip in Kanagawa from 11/2 to 11/4. So I would not be able to spend much time with you during your trip.
