"I feel really stupid whenever you say that."
or
"I feel really stupid when you say that."
Side note: If you're talking about something a person has said more than once (multiple times) that always makes you feel stupid every time they say it, use "whenever".
If you want to talk about specific time that a person said something that made you feel stupid, you should use "when".
Most of the time, you can also use "when" in sentences that have "whenever", but usually you cannot use "whenever" in sentences that have "when".
