日本ではあまり食べないから、正しい名前というのはないと思います。ただ、”豚首”というような直接的なネーミングは日本人は避けると思うので、どうしても言いたい場合は、”ポークネック”で良いと思います。

nippon de ha amari tabe nai kara , tadasii namae toiu no ha nai to omoi masu . tada , ” buta kubi ” toiu you na chokusetsuteki na neemingu ha nipponjin ha sakeru to omou node , dousitemo ii tai baai ha , ” pooku nekku ” de yoi to omoi masu .

にっぽん で は あまり たべ ない から 、 ただしい なまえ という の は ない と おもい ます 。 ただ 、 ” ぶた くび ” という よう な ちょくせつてき な ねーみんぐ は にっぽんじん は さける と おもう ので 、 どうしても いい たい ばあい は 、 ” ぽーく ねっく ” で よい と おもい ます 。
