Yes it could be. But, generally, when someone seems to be mad at you for no good reason. Ex. What's her deal? She suddenly stopped talking to me today. What's the boss's deal these days? She acts angry all the time now. or you have a moody person in your office. Everyday you don't know if she/he will be happy, sad or mad from one day to the next. What is up with him today?
