If you cannot get a speaking coach then I would suggest listening to a lot of radio and recordings etc. Use a dictionary with phonetics and record yourself repeating what you hear and try to match the pronunciation

get a dvd on your computer, go through it phrase by phrase stopping and repeating after the characters, replay the lines over and over. Do this till you can match their pronounciation.

I found Rosetta Stone is very good for practicing speaking, but it is quite expensive.
YouTube is a great free place to look if you just want to hear fluent speech though !
