i got you. so I think bar-hoping is English composed word and we don't have that specific word in Thai so I would say
เมื่อคืนฉัน/ผมเข้าออกบาร์อยู่หลายที่เพื่อเปลี่ยนอารมณ์
mue-kein - Chan/phom - kao-ook- bar-yuu-lhai-tee-pue-plien-a-rom

เมื่อคืน ฉัน/ผม ไปที่บาร์เพราะหวังว่าจะมีอะไรเปลี่ยนแปลง
mua-kein- chan(for woman)/phom(for men) - pai-tee-bar-pror-huang-wa-ja-me-a-rai-pean-plang
I assume that you intend to mean "Last night, I went to the bar hoping that something (in general) would have changed."

Thanks for your reply .
"Bar-hopping " means that " drinking some bar first and then move to 2nd bar -3rd bar - 4th bar-------- drinking all night at many bars , not just 1 bar
"for a change " เพื่อเปลี่ยนอารมณ์ // this is the answer i tried , sounds okay ?

I'm not 100% sure what is "bar-hopping" mean, but I think you can use "bar" for this word
And in thai "bar" is also "bar" too! (It's called "คำทับศัพท์"(kom-tab-sub))
