Both of them same meaning.
In English, also same way.

anything ending in nida =super polite and very formal..and anything ending in yo= formal and polite. so like hannahkim said they both mean thank you but it depends on who (age wise) you are thanking.

๊ฐ์ฌํฉ๋๋ค and ๊ณ ๋ง์ต๋๋ค are no different in that sense. ๊ณ ๋ง๋ค means 'I am heartwarming and joyful about the help of others', ๊ฐ์ฌํ๋ค means 'I have a heart of gratitude, a greeting that expresses gratitude.
๊ฐ์ฌ is Sino-Korean(Chinese character)
๊ณ ๋ง is Pure Korean
Nowadays, there is a tendency to think that ๊ฐ์ฌํ๋ค tends to be more formal than ๊ณ ๋ง๋ค, but it is incorrect/not true. Both ๊ฐ์ฌํฉ๋๋ค and ๊ฐ์ฌํฉ๋๋ค can be used. However, if it is possible recommending the expression "๊ณ ๋ง์ต๋๋ค", Should use Pure/Native Korean(๊ณ ๋ง)
