@deathnote: If the accident is the reason that he got his superpower, use:
"He got his superpower in/from the accident."
"After" could mean any time after the accident, and does not guarantee that the accident is the specific reason.

@deathnote: That sounds fine, but instead of "got", try using "gained".
"He's (he has) probably gained a superpower after the accident."
