@chi_ka: "Sure" would fit but "Okay" would be better

Sure is technically correct, but could possibly sound a little disrespectful. I might suggest saying "Of course" or "I will!" instead.

sure is generally used in casual situations. Saying "sure" to an elder is generally seen as disrespectful.
