To improve my golf swing, I thought my difficulty is on my body flexibility. I read the article instructing how to do stretching exercise designed for golf. The scapula and hip joint are essential part for a beautiful swing form. I kept myself stretching at my office desk. There are something to pay attention when I do that. One, painful stretching will hurt muscle and end up having an adverse effect. I need to stop when I feel good. Two, drinking water is important. Muscle needs moisture to be flexible. Three, I need to repeat as many as possible. Don’t quit even if I cannot see any improvements within 2-3 days or so. It will take time to gain flexible body. does this sound natural?

Please revise my story if it is not natural
