Question about English (US)

I asked a tour agency by email.
The message was, "In the TV documentary which I watched, a tourist stood firm. After that, fairy penguins went through the gap under his legs. When I'll come for your tour, can I have the same experience?"

After that, they replied "Of course you can just let me know who you are." at all.

I've not understood what they wanted to say.
Does this reply mean "Yes, you can." or "No, you can't."?
I just want to know whether I'll have the same experience or not.
