What does un fenomeno della gnocca mean?
Le prime volte che mi dicevano queste parole, ci credevo e pensavo di essere un fenomeno della gnocca, una cintura nera di petting.

Hahaha, it's not rude, just a bit vulgar but nothing to be too worried about.
In this case "Un fenomeno della gnocca" means something along the lines of "Someone who's very experienced in/is good at sex (with women)". "Gnocca" (eww, such a gross word) refers to a beautiful woman or, as I think this is the case, the vagina (well, "pussy", in fact); and "fenomeno" simply means "Phenomenon, genius"; so by putting them together you get "someone who's great at dealing with pussy" (now, this is quite vulgar!)
It's not an actual existing saying or anything (as far as I know), but an Italian speaker would sure understanding it without explanation.
