You can say どこにいますか。
It means Where are you now?But we often use it when ask where are you going.

If you are asking where the person is going at that moment, it will be more natural to say 「どこに行くんですか？」
If you want to ask where the person is going regularly, for example every day, or every week, we would say 「毎日(毎週)どこに行ってますか？」
