'Boring' is an adjective, while 'drudgery' is a noun. Their meanings are similar, where 'drudgery' is work that is boring and/or hard, while 'boring' just means dull or uninteresting. Examples: "This drudgery isn't accomplishing anything." "That game was boring."

Drudgery is also not a word that you typically hear. I don't think I've ever heard it used in a conversation in my whole life lol. It's sort of lofty speak I think, mainly used in writing.
Boring is much more natural and casual.
