Question about English (US)
How would you translate 「~に限って、or よりによって」in English?
「今日は妻とディナーに行く約束をしていたが、その日に限って、残業があった。」
"I promised my wife to have dinner at restaurant. But その日に限って、I had to overwork."
「よりによって、親友であるあなたが犯人だったとは。」
”よりによって (I can't believe?)、You, who is my best friend, committed murder.”
Also, is my English perfect?

"よりによって" would translate to something like "out of all things" or "of all things" in English. For example: "Out of all people, my best friend was the one who committed murder."

I've tried to search but what I found is "only" for に限って. Ex. I promised my wife to have dinner at a restaurant but only this day I have to render overtime.
