現在大礼服を着用、並びに軍人及び警察官等規則のある服を着用している者を除く者の帯刀を禁じる事をここに記す。但しこれに違反する者はその刀を取り上げる。
散髪、制服、略服、脱刀、共に勝手にして良い。但し礼服の場合は帯刀を許可する
