Now inJapan, the work style reforms have being promoted strongly under the government initiative.

It's because government thought that the declining birthrate and aging population ,in other words , the declining working population will be a serious problems and to rely women and elderly workers play more active roles in society.

So, my company is according to this policy, our managers said to us 'Time is short efficiently and results the same or more!'

Although we are slightly disgusted by that policy but it's certain that our body are comfortable and the time it takes to stay at home is long, I believe it is not bad.
