I'm a big fan of ttabwol's suggested order of hiragana, katakana, kanji.
Some advise kanji second, but considering how many of the kanji radicals look exactly like katakana symbols, surely you're better off doing katakana before kanji.
Plus, katakana's as easy to do as hiragana. You can knock them both over in a week each. =)
