Im going to attend a wedding in Singapore, the couple is Chinese/Singaporean, its a lunch wedding.

is there anything that i need to be aware of? what will it be like? do i need to prepare a gift if im gonna give them a red pocket? and how will i hand them the red pocket?

If you are invited by their parents, give your red packet aka hongbao to their parents. If you are invited by the couple, give your red packet to them. Usually, a gift is not required, unless the couple gives a gift list to their guests.

the rate of hongbao depends on your relationship to the couple, if you are not related or close to the family/couple, you can follow this recommendation.
