Accusing, accuse, accused. This can also be used for someone who is guilty
To make it more clear you could say FALSE accusations. Which is blaming someone falsely

To be “Framed” which is when someone claims you did a crime when someone else actually did it.
Example: (I did not steal from this man I was “framed”)
