- Mariana and Daniel, are you seeing yourlselves?
- Yes, we see us
One example of a context could be that Mariana and Daniel went to the TV and now they are watching themselves through the TV xd

"Nos vemos" means "See you" aswell, but I've never ever heard someone saying "¿os veis?" and meaning "let's meet again".
