What is the difference between 〜希望する and 〜といいですね ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

「〜を希望する」は主語の希望を表しますが、「〜といいですね」は話者の希望を表します。
たとえば、「彼は進学を希望する」というと、進学を希望しているのは彼ですが、「彼は進学するといいですね」というと、進学を希望しているのは話者になります。

「 〜 wo kibou suru 」 ha syugo no kibou wo arawasi masu ga , 「 〜 to ii desu ne 」 ha wasya no kibou wo arawasi masu .
tatoeba , 「 kare ha singaku wo kibou suru 」 to iu to , singaku wo kibou si te iru no ha kare desu ga , 「 kare ha singaku suru to ii desu ne 」 to iu to , singaku wo kibou si te iru no ha wasya ni nari masu .

「 〜 を きぼう する 」 は しゅご の きぼう を あらわし ます が 、 「 〜 と いい です ね 」 は わしゃ の きぼう を あらわし ます 。
たとえば 、 「 かれ は しんがく を きぼう する 」 と いう と 、 しんがく を きぼう し て いる の は かれ です が 、 「 かれ は しんがく する と いい です ね 」 と いう と 、 しんがく を きぼう し て いる の は わしゃ に なり ます 。
