Question about Japanese

What does ろくに mean?

0:00
The dictionary translates it as well, enough, sufficient. Is it true it is only used in the negative form? I think in the sentence of the recording the girls is saying they won't be able to talk to each other enough (the sentence is in the negative). Is that so? Can you show me another example using ろくに and provide a translation as well?
