What does Bor väl folk där, som på andra platser mean?
What does Bor väl folk där, som på andra platser mean?
What does this mean, and why is bor the first word? I thought verbs only came first in a question. Tack!

It can be read as a question (: But normally it’s read as if someone is questioning someone else or something.
The translation is: “People live there, like other places, right?”
- Swedish
Even "... as in other places"
And the reason it starts with "Bor" is because it is "sloppy", not grammatically correct but we speak like that sometimes... kind of normal and common "lazyness"
"Det bor väl..." would have been the right way to start
