As you can see in the box at the top, you use those passive voice forms to describe something you are not happy with. In Japanese the situation is called 困る or 迷惑する.
For example, the 雨が降る was not what 私 wanted yesterday in the example sentence because it caused him/her catching cold. So he/she can imply that feeling by using the passive voice 雨に降られた.
Every situation following is the same idea. You can write it with the passive voice because each subject person didn't want it to be happened.
