Question about English (US)

Hollaa fellas

I often see that in film, song, etc, there is sentence states something like "I don't want no chicken", "I don't want no food" and that sort of sentences.

As a non English speaker, i'm confused with that kind of sentences

Does it state that "she/he doesn't want a chicken" or "she/he doesn't go if there is no chicken"

Thank you anyway.
