- French (France)
"ne" before the verb and "pas" after the verb
exemple:" je ne veux pas " = " I don't want to "
- French (France)
Je ne veux pas de fromage = I don't want cheese
Je ne viens pas de France = I'm not from France
"de" is "from" sometimes but sometimes you can't translate it, it's a quantity intederminate

@maevafustier thanks, but i wanted to know the difference with ''ne pas'' and ''ne pas de'' here is a example: ''Je n'ai pas de pommes'' and ''Je n'ai pas pommes'' quelle est la différence ?
- French (France)
"je n'ai pas pomme" doesn't mean anything its "je n'ai pas de pommes" because apples are an object and not a person or a feeling
"je n'ai pas peur" "je n'ai pas de stylo"

- French (France)
