'curtain', it is a noun normally but can it be a verb? I saw it was used as verb in one passage but I searched nothing on many websites. So what does 'curtain' mean as a verb? Is this kind of way to use it right?

Yes it is a verb meaning to screen/conceal something
using a curtain.
The bed was curtained off from the rest of the room.
