Question about English (US)

How do you say this in English (US)? 家を点々とする/学校を点々とする/バイトを点々とする

a person often changes houses/ a person often changes schools/ a person often changes their part-time jobs

The first and the second sentence is due to his/her parents.
The third sentence is due to his/her own problem; they can't stay in one job for a long time.

Would you translate 点々とする for 'change often'?
