It makes sense, but would sound slightly better if you take out [big].
“I want to leave the hustle and bustle of the city sometimes.”
Or
“I just want to leave the hustle and bustle of the city sometimes.”
By adding [just], it sounds more emotive, like you can’t handle the hustle and bustle anymore, or you are tired of the same thing and want to experience something different.
