Plz Fix and Rewrite the sentences below!!!

『topic: Should Youtube be free to upload any content or limit free speech?』

It should limit free speech. There is a saying that "better safe than sorry" which should be more relevant Internet. Recently, there has been 25% inappropriate content on Youtube, based on the result of latest Yomiuri-survey. Thus, the moderators of the video sharing service should delete these videos before people are exposed to such inappropriate content. In this way, reducing bad stuff before happens is significant and inevitable. Then, there are three reasons why the worldwide broadcast service should be free to monitor any content and delete it. One reason is that the site has to be thought as a "clean" and safe place, which means there are no inappropriate videos. Second one is that, copyright infringement should be found as soon as possible. Lastly, the credibility of advertisers could be worsened due to inappropriate videos.
First, the short films is not the place where creators can post anything. 60% of viewers think this site should be less moderated and all things like aggressive content as they consider it as funny. However, the most important thing is how all listeners feel. In addition, even if only one person fells bad, the video must be deleted. In fact, 20600 complaining feedbacks per a year in Japan are sent.
Secondly, copyright infringement should be found as soon as possible. Admittedly, in African countries, copyright violation isn't banned by law. Despite this, having your content stolen is mentally painful and is a bad influence on people's lives. Moreover, the income of a greater who makes music, for example, decline. 11 percent of MV creators are suffering from copy musics.
Lastly, corporate identity of advertisers will worsen due to inappropriate videos. For example, it is said that one major enterprise canceled a contract with the video sharing services. Similarly, countless companies receive those damage, and can't make any advertisement again.
Therefore, Youtube should be free to remove any content or moderate speech. Google, which bought out it, has a same opinion. They are planning to increase moderators and be strict on terrible content. These short-movie sites must be going to make Internet much more clear than now. does this sound natural?
