Recall and remember are pretty much the same. They both mean you have the memory of her name.

1) "I recall her name" is similar to "I remember her name".
2) "I recognize her name": This just means that her name is not strange to you. This doesn't imply that you remember it. Dogs, for example, can recognize their names despite not remembering them.
3) I'm aware of her name: This sounds wrong. I think you can only be aware of facts (i.e., know a priori that something is true).
