Question about English (UK)

A : The manager really got on Sara's case. B : Tell me about it! He was yelling at the top of his lungs. A : Didn't you feel he was being unfair? B : Yeah, I don't know what his problem is. A : Look at Sara. She's ringing people up at the register as if nothing happened. B : She's a trouper. A : That she is. Does this sound natural?
