@gustavotoyota Strictly speaking of it, "恐らく" has a little bit high probability nuance more than "多分".
It's similar to differences with "maybe(≒多分)" and "probably(≒恐らく)".
But , I can tell you that the formality, politenest, usage are same with each other. because native Japanese don't know clearly those differences.

You can say both as same meaning,
多分、今日の午後は雨が降るでしょう
恐らく、今日の午後は雨が降るでしょう.
