As you know, Japanese working environment is well known for its long working time and underpaid overtime work. However, the Japanese government has been making an effort to improve the situation. They regulate and supervise more strictly companies to meet the employment laws and regulations. Most big companies have been in compliance with laws for fear of receiving administrative punishment. These punishments are publicly announced and it would steeply down the company's stock price. does this sound natural?
