Question about Japanese

What does 境界なんてなく出会う アタリマエの奇妙 mean?

I think I understand both parts
"Meet without limits/Borders" So it explain there's nothing that can stop them to meet" but after it says something like "A natural bizarreness" maybe it's something crazy or weird that is obious it is that way, something that is meant to be bizarre.

My actual questions is, shoud i take those two phrases separated? or it is one phrase? maybe it means
"A natural bizarreness that I meet without any limits"
So, theres a bizarrenes that the speaker can meet without problem.

btw this is from a Jojo's opening "crazy noisy bizarre town" I'm trying to understand the lyrics.
