Question about English (US)
Could you check the following email?
I’m great. It’s been a long time. How have you been? I’m surprised that you remember 70% Nick names of your friends. haha
I’m not sure what you mean. Did you buy a house and are you looking for designers to renovate the house?
By the way, I was transferred to other group of the same division this April. I’m in charge of the liquidity risk management group, Corporate risk management division. Although I need to learn a lot of things and read some materials and books regarding Basel regulation, the work is very exciting.
I also started to teach Japanese to foreigners who live in Tokyo from last February. I always have a good time with them.

“I’m surprised that you remember 70% Nick names of your friends.” Instead of this, it’d be better to write “I’m surprised that you remember 70% of your friends’ nicknames.”
