Question about English (US)

In this way, foreigners just remain as a group of 'care-takers', who are immature of 'the Korean culture'. Education on multiculturalism should be performed in a way of respecting to diversity, not a way of oppressing it. The education which artificially instill the notion of 'Korean race' to student would not be desirable. So I insist again it be rectified so that it can embrace the diversity, although it may be hard to change the prevailed view of exclusion. does this sound natural?
