Question about English (US)

Could you correct any of my strange English?

★ You look so down today. What happened to you.
☆ Hi Tim. I'm worring about my notebook I lent to my classmate the other day.
★ Did your classmate possibly lose your notebook?
☆ That's better, because she told me honestly what happened, but instead she is gone and I can't contact her for more than 2 weeks.
★ Oh, really? Did you talk to your common friends?
☆ I didn't. I remember she told me she registered for the class alone, so I won't find anyone else who knows her.
★ Ok, then you need to talk to your teacher about it. I hope she's sick or something and can't reply to you temporarily.
