ワインはビールほど飲みません。
Both of them are natural and both will do. :D
We can understand the meaning of them without よく.
If you can よく, the sentence should be
ワインはよく飲みます。(positive sentence)
In case of using あまり, the sentence should be
ワインはあまり飲みません。(negative sentence)
