He said "cute, little button nose." A "button nose" is pretty much a small and cute nose. Hope this helps! :)

Well, "butt nose" is a thing. It's used to describe when someone has a crease in the middle of their noise. It's kind of a rude thing to tell someone they have a butt nose though lol. But yeah that's probably where you got confused.
