if you say 彼は

he bought a bag reasonablely.←sorry（彼は安く鞄を買いました。)
he bought a cheap bag.

is this 2 sentences have different subject? i mean i can understand 彼の買った鞄は安いです" represents the the bag he bought is reasonable.
