Question about English (US)
Hi
I want to know if it's ok to say "lt's hard to catch up with you." to a friend whom I haven't seen for a while because they are busy.
Or are there better and common expressions ? Does this sound natural?

Natural
saying “it’s hard to catch up with you” is good but adding “it’s hard to catch up with you because you’re so busy” is more natural

A little unnatural
I would say "It's hard to get a hold of you" if you can't reach them for a talk, etc.
