The sitcom, friends, is really helpful for me to learn English. I can learn it with having fun! does this sound natural?

Since Friends is a tv show, you will want to capitalize the first letter. Its not really important in casual conversation, but in more formal conversation you want to make sure you capitalize when appropriate.
You also don't need to include "it" in the second sentence because it is assumed you are talking about learning English since you mentioned it in the first sentence.
