Instead of "draws me out," you can say "tries to talk to me"or "wants to hang out with me." You also should use the present tense to sound more natural; past tense makes it sound like you are talking about a certain party or that you don't go to parties anymore. Present tense means you are talking about parties in general. Ex. "I don't go to parties anymore; they are just not my scene. I always felt a bit left out when no one tried to talk to me." "Parties are just not my scene. I always feel a bit left out when no one tries to talk to me." Colloquially, you can also say "Parties just aren't my scene..."

Be sure to align your tenses:
Parties are just not my scene. I always FEEL a bit left out when no one TRIES to draw me out.
The first sentence is present tense, so we know this is still true. So the 2nd part should be in present tense also.
