It's difficult to tell which tense this is intended to be in. So I've suggested some different phrases:
"I've already had the author's new novel, which came out recently"
"I have the author's new novel which will come out soon" - this suggests you have the novel before it's official release.
"I will get the author's new novel, which will come out soon"
