"Actually" is used to help view a situation. "Now" is use to describe a moment in time. "I can not believe you are actually using HiNative right now!" Is an example.

“Attualmente” Does not mean precisely the same thing in English as “actually” does.
In English we can say “this is actually happening“ and it means that it will happen or could happen but it does not mean that it is happening NOW.
“As we speak” might be a better translation.
