Question about English (US)

Hi, i was doing a TOEFL practice test and i found this question...

The instructions say that i have to mark the wrong answer, so they gave me this sentence:

“A deficent of folic acid is rarely a problem in humans because the vitamin is present in a wide variety of foods”

Apparently “Rarely” is the wrong one... but i can’t understand why is it incorrect :(.
